Who’s gearing up for a Whole30 this month? *raises hand* Heck yes my friends, it’s that time again!
Winter I mean Whole30 is coming! If you’ve never done a Whole30 challenge before, it’s a 30-day (shocking, I know) real food challenge to reset your health, your habits, and your relationship with food, to get you feeling really freaking awesome no matter your background. I’ve done a fair few of these before myself, and even ran the Whole30Recipes Instagram back in August (oh haaaay!) of this year, so I wanted to share everything I’ve learned (plus 100+ of my delicious, top Whole30 Recipes duh!) with you guys, to make this year’s January Whole30 the best yet!
The main complaint I hear a lot of time from clients, friends, and family doing a Whole30 challenge is that they’re bored with their food choices about 3 weeks in. Solution: 1) don’t eat the same thing every day for a whole month, even if it’s easier that way and 2)umm hellooo…make and try out some new recipes!
