Preheat the oven to 400 and grease a loaf pan with 1 tsp melted ghee. You could also form your meat mixture into sausage shapes and either fry them up in a skillet or bake them in the oven, but hey, I’m lazy.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Get in there with your hands!
Push your meat mixture into the loaf pan so it’s spread evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and only a tiny bit of pink remains in the center of your sausage.
Cut into 8 slices and serve.
