Guest Post: Easy Turmeric and Ginger Antioxidant Smoothie
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ Tbsp honey
- ½ Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Throw it all in the blender and blend it up for about a minute, until completely smooth.
