Ingredients
For the pudding
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 small banana
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
For serving:
  • cocoa nibs
  • unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • Banana slices
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Top with cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, and additional banana slices, for serving.
