Ingredients
  • ½ - 1 banana, frozen
  • ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 2 scoops Primal Kitchen Collagen Fuel (sub: 1 serving your favorite protein powder)
  • 6 oz water or almond milk, plus more as needed to thin out
Directions
  1. Add everything to a blender and let 'er rip! Add more liquid as necessary to thin it out.
