Combine the apples, 1 tsp apple pie spice, vanilla, 2 tsp lemon juice, maple syrup, and melted butter in a 10-12-inch cast iron skillet or 9x13in baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumble: almond flour, coconut flour, chopped walnuts, melted butter, sugar, 1 tsp apple pie spice, and sea salt with your hands.
Bake 30-35 minutes, until crumble is crispy. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with ice cream and caramel sauce!
