Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut your broccoli into bite-sized florets. Toss in a large bowl with the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, greek seasoning, sea salt, and pepper.
Spread the broccoli on the baking sheet.
Once the oven is at 375 F, pop the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes, until the broccoli begins to brown (but watch so it doesn’t get burned)!
Eat up!
