It’s one of my best friends’ birthdays this weekend. For our group, that means brunch, bottomless mimosas, going out, dancing, and most importantly making fools of ourselves. Through all of those things. Probably some wine tasting thrown in there…at least once. This almost captures my excitement.
But before we get to the weekend…know what I’m drooling over this week?
these pumpkin, bacon & chive biscuits from the Urban Poser. I made these this week as burger buns. But ended up using them as breakfast biscuits.
top chef is starting next week. YES. I love (some) reality shows. And cooking. Put them together = best reality show food baby ever.

apple pie cinnamon rolls. that are autoimmune friendly. WOAH yes!
califia farms (which makes the best almond-coconut milk blend with not so many junk ingredients) just came out with a pumpkin spice latte cold brew coffee with almond milk. I may or may not have immediately gone to whole foods to find it. they didn’t have it. SAD FACE.
paleo cornbread. I can’t explain how much I miss cornbread, especially around the holidays. But corn and my stomach are not friends. So these are awesome!!
10 ways to use all the pumpkin you’re being inundated with. and more than just pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pancakes, and pumpkin spiced lattes. Though those are all still really good.
