As we work together, we’ll look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? You will discover how these “primary foods” affect your health as a whole.
In my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, we learned about the concept of bioindividuality: how no one way of eating works for everyone, just like no one coaching blueprint works for everyone.
My coaching program is NOT about conforming to any one diet, calorie counting, eating according to a rigid meal plan that bores you to tears, or gritting your teeth through painful 10-mile runs or brutal workout routines so you can lose weight. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are now in your current state of health and wellness, and we’ll go from there. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
