As your Nutritionist and Health Coach, I am dedicated to helping you find health and happiness in your own skin through nourishing food and sustainable lifestyle changes. Together we’ll discover the foods, exercise, and lifestyle choices that support your goals and make you feel your best.
I have Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a background in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Over the years I’ve worked with clients on health challenges from adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, other gastrointestinal conditions like parasites, candida and celiac disease (which I have myself), to thyroid dysfunction and disordered eating. I also currently work with athletes from age 11-adult to optimize nutrition, sports performance and recovery, fueled by real food. Whether you’re currently struggling with one of these things, or would like to improve your recipe arsenal and cooking skills, I’m your girl. Because life’s too short to eat boring, tasteless food, even if it’s healthy, or you’re dealing with a chronic health condition that restricts major (delicious) food groups from your diet!
When we work together, we’ll examine your health, your habits, and your relationship with food and nutrition on a deeper level, to see what will work best for you in terms of achieving and maintaining your goals long-term. We’ll also go over recent labwork, vitamins, and medications to see more of what’s going on with your body, and what’s going to work best for you! With each visit we’ll go over your goals, what you’re currently struggling with, and how we can integrate small changes that will work towards realistic, sustainable food and lifestyle changes to achieve those goals.
Current Program Offerings
Jumpstart | 1 session
Includes one comprehensive, 75-minute session where we’ll talk about your health history, your goals and challenges that are getting in the way of you achieving those goals. We’ll do a full dietary assessment, and together we’ll develop a plan you can actually follow, with foods and exercise you love. When our session is over, you will receive detailed notes and handouts to go with your personalized plan, along with recipes and other resources to support you. This plan is for you if: You’re pretty confident that with some guidance, you can do most of the work on your own. We’ll keep in touch via email to check in on how you’re doing.
Foundations | 3 sessions
Includes a 75-minute comprehensive session (see above!) and two 45-minute follow-up sessions. Following the first comprehensive session, we’ll work together in the three follow-up sessions to create smaller action steps to work towards your larger goals. The 3-session program is perfect for those who want to begin their journey to better health through a better relationship with their bodies, food, and mindfulness. This also includes email support between sessions.
Total Health Makeover | 6 sessions
Includes a 75-minute comprehensive session (see above!) and five 45-minute follow-up sessions. Following the first comprehensive session, we’ll work together in the five follow-up sessions to create smaller action steps to work towards your larger goals. My signature 6-session program is the most popular option to begin our wellness journey together. You’re in this health journey for the long haul, and would like support along your journey to provide lasting, sustainable habit shifts and positive changes in your health.
Any additional follow-up sessions desired after our time together can be scheduled at your convenience, at a discounted client rate.
