As your health coach, I am dedicated to helping you find health and happiness in your own skin through nourishing food and sustainable lifestyle changes. Together we’ll discover the foods, exercise, and lifestyle choices that support your goals and make you feel your best.
We will work together to design a personalized program guided by your personal health goals and a plan you can actually stick to. We’ll introduce small, gradual changes that are easily incorporated to your life, that will help you achieve both short and long-term health goals.
My goal is to support you in making these changes, no matter how big or small, so you can stick with them long after we stop working together.
In my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, we learned about the concept of bioindividuality: how no one way of eating works for everyone, just like no one coaching blueprint works for everyone.
My coaching program is NOT about conforming to any one diet, eating according to a rigid meal plan that bores you to tears, or gritting your teeth through brutal workouts so you can “be healthier”. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are now, based on your personal goals and challenges, and we’ll go from there.
After our initial complimentary health history session, you have a couple options for how we can work together.
Jumpstart | 1 session
Includes one comprehensive, 75-minute session where we’ll talk about your health history, your goals and challenges that are getting in the way of you achieving those goals. We’ll do a full dietary assessment, and together we’ll develop a plan you can actually follow, with foods and exercise you love. When our session is over, you will receive detailed notes and handouts to go with your personalized plan, along with recipes and other resources to support you. This plan is for you if: You’re pretty confident that with some guidance, you can do most of the work on your own. We’ll keep in touch via email to check in on how you’re doing.
Foundations | 3 sessions
Includes a 75-minute comprehensive session (see above!) and two 45-minute follow-up sessions. Following the first comprehensive session, we’ll work together in the three follow-up sessions to create smaller action steps to work towards your larger goals. The 3-session program is perfect for those who want to begin their journey to better health through a better relationship with their bodies, food, and mindfulness. This also includes email support between sessions.
Total Health Makeover | 6 sessions
Includes a 75-minute comprehensive session (see above!) and five 45-minute follow-up sessions. Following the first comprehensive session, we’ll work together in the five follow-up sessions to create smaller action steps to work towards your larger goals. My signature 6-session program is the most popular option to begin our wellness journey together. You’re in this health journey for the long haul, and would like support along your journey to provide lasting, sustainable habit shifts and positive changes in your health.
Any additional follow-up sessions desired after our time together can be scheduled at your convenience, at a discounted client rate.

- a healthy meal planning template, to help you create quick, easy, delicious meals without a recipe! (all programs)
- an elimination diet food plan. Do you suspect you have a food intolerance or underlying condition that you can’t get a handle on? I’ll teach you how you can avoid that food, without feeling deprived, and still eat amazing meals, all while feeling fantastic. (all programs)
If you’re local, you also have the option of doing one-on-one, in-house cooking sessions so I can personally teach you to make delicious, healthy, quick-and-easy recipes in the comfort your own home.
