2 tsp dried oregano (use Mexican oregano if you have it!)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together at least 30 minutes before you want to serve. I like to combine them in a bowl with a lid, seal it, then shake it up. The longer it marinates, the better it is. If you’re in a pinch, just throw this together while you’re preparing the rest of your meal.
Refrigerate any leftovers you may have. They're even better the next day!
