I’m a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist and Body Image Coach who believes true health and healing go so much deeper than food and exercise.

I work with women dealing with gut issues, burnout, and hormonal imbalances who want to heal from the root cause; using an approach that combines the principles of functional medicine, integrative health, and a non-restrictive lens.

I created my blog, Real Food with Dana, in 2014 to share recipes to help those with chronic health conditions – but is has evolved to be so much more. Here, you’ll find a comprehensive resource to help you nourish your tastebuds (non-diet recipes), your earbuds (the Whole-Hearted Eating Podcast), and your relationship with food & body image.
