You ready for this?? Inspired by similar roundup posts from Nom Nom Paleo, Brittany Angell and How Sweet It Is, I thought it would be a cool idea to show you guys the recipes from other bloggers’ I’m currently stalking drooling over. If you made all of these/ate them all at the same time, you’d definitely be in a food coma. For DAYS. Plus some other cool stuff I’m loving this week. Some of these bloggers I’ve been following (and salivating over their recipes) for more than 5 years, and they have been a big inspiration for me to start my own blog. Plus, they’re hilarious, like working out, and have insane recipes. I feel like we’re friends already. Creepy? Only slightly.

Nature’s Candy from my CSA

honeycrisp apple salad with crispy sage and maple vinaigrette from How Sweet It Is (use ghee instead of butter, and omit cheese for paleo)

paleo “compost” ice cream and “compost” cookies from Brittany Angell. Cookies with banana, sweet potato, coconut chips and chocolate chips?! I’m so there. When I’m done my whole30.

paprika parsnip fries with siracha mayo from PaleOMG. LOVE parsnip fries.

fig newtwon bread from Purely Twins. need I say more?? My dad is beyond obsessed with fig newtons. His taste buds will die and go to heaven if I make this for him.

sweet potatoes four ways from Lexi’s Clean Kitchen.

this cookbook from How Sweet It Is. It’s called Seriously Delish. Knowing Jessica’s recipes, I can vouch for that without even opening the book.

these leopard print slip-on vans. I WANT THESE. so. bad. I first fell in love when PaleOMG posted a picture of her and her adorable french bulldog with them. LOVE.

the outlander series on starz. hot scottish highlanders fighting a bloody war in the 1700s against the british? with a sassy female lead? I’m there.

new friends Heather Waxman and kasey from Powercakes. I met them at an amazing event in Baltimore last night and they are AWESOME. So inspirational. Their book, BodyPEACE is coming out in October and I CANNOT wait to read it!!

Julie and Julia. I know I’m a little late in the game on this one – can’t believe I’d never seen it until now. Julia child is clearly my spirit animal/distantly related.

“In cooking, you’ve got to have a what-the-hell kind of attitude.” – Julia Child
