I’m a health & nutrition coach, soon-t0-be-nutritionist and the brains and brawns behind this blog. Nice to meet you! Want to know more about me? Long story short, I love food (specifically, delicious food) and teaching people how to live healthier, happier lives. And even with multiple health conditions, food allergies and intolerances, I still stand by my philosophy that Life is too short to eat boring, tasteless food. I’ll show you how sticking to real food (that makes you feel really great) and cutting out processed junk (that makes you feel like junk) can be simple, fun, delicious, and healing, all at the same time! I’ll teach you how to heal and thrive with real food. And I’ll throw in a side of horribly witty puns, pop culture references and movie quotes. With a healthy dose of sarcasm, of course.
