I’m going through a bit of an identity crisis here. Or rather, this food coma fridays series is. Maybe it’s because I just hit a quarter century old. Maybe.

What do you guys think…keep it going with food coma fridays or change to food (or foodie) crush fridays? Seeing as it’s summer and all, and nobody wants to be in a food coma when they’re lounging about at the pool or outside…let me know what you think.

Anyway. SHEESH it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these! What has been going ON?! Well, I’ve been posting a lot more about health and nutrition instead of these recipe roundups. Soft and gooey tahini cookies. You HAVE to make these as soon as possible. And make sure you have other people around so you can’t eat them all yourself. Because you would. I made them last weekend and my family devoured the whole batch in under 24 hours. This IS real life.

French apple pie bread (Paleo) 

Bacon-wrapped lara bars. WHAT!??! You had me at hello.

Antioxidant superfood muffins with walnuts, blueberries and turmeric. Rachel at Grok Grub calls these superhero muffins. They MUST be awesome.

AIP PMS brownies. Basically the AIP answer to Brittany Angell’s PMS brownies which are to. die. for. Actually, damnit I meant to make those on my birthday. These will definitely do 🙂

    1. I know right!! Too funny. I was (not-so) casually blasting n*sync in my car yesterday. And I just bought some kimchi too so I can try and recreate the bowl!! 🙂
