Sarah Keal is a nutrition coach and digestive specialist for vegans with celiac disease and also works with women struggling with their relationships with food and their bodies. That’s a mouthful, right? She’s on a mission to help women recovering from autoimmune disease that directly impacts their connection to food, despite many restrictions. She helps them to expand and enjoy their diets while supporting their digestion, to trust and feel connected to their body and food, and to finally feel free to focus on what really matters because you don’t have to choose between your health and your heart. Her goal is to show women how to regain respect, love and trust of their bodies and the food they eat after years of damage.
