Dr. Colleen Reichmann is our guest today and we’re diving into how our relationship with alcohol exists on a spectrum, just like our relationship with food and exercise. How does alcohol culture relate to our relationship with food? If you tend towards an all-or-nothing mentality with food or exercise, those same types of patterns might show up with alcohol as well. {listen in for more!}
