Dr. Jillian Lampert joins Cristina and Dana to talk about the concept of nutritional chaos, and how this can fuel disordered eating patterns, gut issues, and a continual state of fight-or-flight in the body. We discuss how malnourishment due to gut issues, chronic dieting, disordered eating, and eating disorders can negatively impact our ability to function, and how nutritional sensationalism contributes to normalizing disordered eating behaviors.
