The whole30 breakfast struggle can be SO real sometimes. It’s around day 10 for a lot of you…Ya bored of eggs and bacon yet?
For the first week or so of Whole30, we’re all like OMG I LOVE EGGS SO MUCH I CAN EAT THEM EVERY DAY (right??) and then around this time hits and we’re all “omg if I see another freaking egg I’m gonna vom and/or punch someone in the face.” Don’t get stuck in this rut! The #1 way to get bored on the Whole30 is to eat the same thing every day, DUH. And do you really want to get so sick of a food that you won’t even want to eat it when your Whole30 is over? When it’s something so delicious as eggs and bacon??

P.s., this actually happened to one of my friends who ate the same. dang. thing. for EVERY single day of his Whole30. Idiot. (love ya, Pat!)
Solution: switch it up! If you’re a creature of habit, sure – eat the same thing for a couple days! But switch up your options so you’re always excited about what you’re eating, and Whole30 will never seem boring, like a chore or that other ugly 4-letter word (diet).
