  1. I was so excited to listen to listen episode and I cannot wait to continue to follow you on this new journey. I began listening to your podcast in September and have actually never done a Whole30. Your approach through all your social media and podcasts (at least since I began listening in September) has been clearly promoting a healthy self body image and healthy relationships with both food and yourself. I think anyone interpreting the decision to not promote Whole30 as bashing and hypocritical is not fully listening to what you say today, and have not been saying for the past few months, but instead projecting they’re own insecurities! I look forward to listening and seeing more about how to get through this wretched month of January as we are flooded with awful diet culture worse than usual, and equally, throughly enjoy listening to podcasts about autoimmune dieseases. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last spring and would love if you had a guest who has personally dealt with the disease because it’s hard to find information about proper diet in relation to MS anywhere!

Keep up the great work 🙂

    1. Thank you, Emily!! I was hoping that is the message that’s coming through. And that would be a great podcast episode – I’ll be on the lookout for a great guest for MS specifically!
